I am not sure what you mean by USB Pen drive. Can you supply more details?

 

Sometimes called a pen drive, thumb drive and flash drive. A Google of "usb flash drive schematic" will get you a few dozen hits including a page of Images for usb flash drive schematic. That should get you started.
