USB C connector pinout

I am still not getting it but something is clear.

The receptacle connector has two D+ pins and two D- pins- while plug connector has only one D+ and one D-. The same is true for CC pins. The receptacle connector has two CC pins- while plug connector has only one CC pin. This means that the USB C cable has one D+, one D- and one CC. This make sense.

I also notice that both receptacle and plug has two differential pairs of SS TX and two differential pairs of SS RX. Does it means that USB C cable has actually two differential pairs of SS TX and two differential pairs of SS RX ?

That true, the USB C is reversible connector which means that we can turn the connector 180 degree while connecting the cable. This is s new feature in USB C. This shows that there is only one lane (1 x USB 3.0) in the cable and inside the connector both sides are connected. I appreciate your comments on this point.
