I think I know the answer, but though I’d throw it out here for confirmation.

I require three MOSFETs. I’ve spec’ed out two dual SMT MOSFETs. I will just leave the unused MOSFET unconnected.

Or should I? I always connect unused Op Amps and unused CMOS Logic inputs. Since the unneeded MOSFET is in the same package, should I connect it somehow?

Good point! Checking the datasheet, they appear to be totally isolated.

As a matter of fact it's 5:02pm here as we speak.
I probably won't go to bed for at least another 7 hours.

So if they are isolated, you can either just let the unused MOSFET float or connect all leads to ground, your choice.
