It could well be that the chip is an OEM product.
Thats why you will not find any data online.

try - https://grabcad.com/library/fonte-atx-500w-sr6110bx16-1 you get a rough idea on the pins. I think it can also be replaced with - EST7502B PC Power Supply PWM with Supervisor @ https://datasheetspdf.com/pdf/684442/EST/EST7502B/1 . Plse do let me know if it works. I have the same problem, but I don't have the ICs.
