Unable to simulate proteus - getting error

Hello friends,

I tried to simulate a pre amplifier circuit using "proteus 8", however i get the following error
"power rails 'GND' and '+12V' are interconnected in net +12". Can some one tell me how to over come this problem

I don't iknow proteus, but I think it is trying to tell you you have a short circuit between +12 and ground.
