Unable to identify a resistor from an LCD TV

As the title says, I am struggling to identify a resistor from an LCD TV power board, it seems to have blown as it is showing zero continuity and I need to replace it.

I've tried several resistor calculators but none of them seem to have the colour band combinations of this resistor, so I am unable to decipher it. If anyone out there COULD help me ID this thing, that would be great.

Hm, interesting. The black band is basically to be ignored? Makes it easier... I can find 0.36 ohms resistors thankfully, I'll get one and see if it helps. Many thanks.

Yes 0.36 Ohms 5% 3W, probably a current limit resistor.

Have you got the model number to search for the service manual?

Did you remove it from circuit to test it?
Rarely will you see a resistor look so pretty and be bad. When they go they usually either burn in two or at the least get blackend on the top or bottom.
