hi i really need help. i have project to build tv remote receiver which can control lamp also. i have to program it also with the PIC16x877A to control the current for the lamp. i plan to use 4066 as the switching. can anyone help me to give me the circuit coz now i really confuse how to design it.

We could use some clarification first. How are you going to use the PIC the tv remote and what are you going to switch with the CD4066? Possibly you could post up a proposed circuit we could look over?

 

i use the 4066 to switch the channel.(TV or lamp). so basically i need to combine the remote receiver with the switching and the microcontroller. and the microcontroller is to control the current flow for the lamp. so i can control the bright of the lamp.
