TV Power Board

I've got an older LCD TV that was losing picture and sound periodically, as well as power button functionality. I took it apart verified power and didn't see any visible damage (e.g. bubbled caps, blown diodes, resistors, etc...). Verified diodes and resistors with a DMM. I know it's the power board so, I ordered all new caps for the power section. Now, power doesn't cut out but I have audio and no picture. I don't want to purchase a schematic for it or buy a new board for it cause it's not cost effective. Anybody got any ideas?

It can be very challenging - there are a lot of scam sites out there - but see if you can find a Service Manual for your model or a similar model from the same manufacturer. If you can score that, it'll likely have a troubleshooting section and other useful information, even a schematic. The TV's computer may not be sensing a proper voltage somewhere and is preventing the audio and picture from starting up.

Not sure why you have no audio but a lack of picture could be the loss of the fluorescent back panel inverter. With the TV powered up, take a close look with a flashlight at the screen. You might be able to see an image in the LCD.

I have plenty of audio now and power is good. I found the ribbon cable messed up and fixed that. Thanks for replying.
