Trouble with speed motor control circuit

Hi there,
I'm trying to design a speed motor control circuit. The idea is by controlling each half of the voltage period applying to the load by using an optocoupler - MOC3021 and a triac - BTA06-600b.

The problem is the output of MOC 3021 seems incorrect. The reason is I use pulse source (to simulate output of microprocessor) to control firing angle but the output of MOC 3021 still the same.
Please tell me where is my mistake.
Thanks,

Sorry, I meant Fairchild AN-3006
Max.

This is the schematic for Phase controlling in AN-3006. It doesn't much differ with my own. I just have the phase control one with a pulse source to simulate micro-controller's output, meanwhile the schematic comes with zero crossing detector using 555 (I think so).
Please correct me if I made mistake!

I have used virtually the same circuit but a 12F675 micro.
In the app note a bridge and a H11L1 is used for the zero cross detection.
Max.
