Triggered Pulse Generator

I would like to have some insight from people experienced in designing circuits with comparators.
The circuit depicted in the image at the bottom has as input a trigger signal (TTL, 3.3V) with a repetition rate of around (max) 90MHz to 20MHz.
The aim of the circuit should be to get output pulses of around 3ns to every trigger signal. Since I'm not able to get a model of the ADCMP606 for LTSpice, I tried to simulate the schematic with a LT6754, which gives me pulses of around 3ns width.
Would this circuit work as anticipated when assembling it with the parts shown in the schematic?
