I have no experience with that model, sorry.
But sounds like the first thing is to check the usual suspects, all and any power devices, Mosfets etc.

thanks for mc-60 schematic. I have also a problem with my treadmill...The speed of the motor seems good, but when i step on the speed decrease and the motor stop. an idea of the reason?
