Treadmill motor driver circuit schematic

Hey fellow geeks,

Anyone here have access to a circuit schematic for an icon MC1648DLS treadmill motor controller board?

I'd assume this is similar to the MC2100 boards, but I believe this board is intended to be an all-in-one controller with no pulse sensor, but I could be way off base on that.

after fixing a few other things on the treadmill(brushes/belt adjustment), the motor has randomly started speeding up
