Check for binding in the belt and anything causing high motor loading etc.

thanks for your reply, I loosened the belt using the back rollers and tried to no avail.

so i replaced this control board (as it is in warranty) with a new one and it works, I would appreciate if someone who had similar issues could shed some light on common issues with motor control board failure.
