Treadmill Motor Control Board FET Error

I have a Life Fitness model T5.0 treadmill that is giving a FET error. I purchased this unit used with this error and the previous owner had replaced the motor control board and the motor. I disassembled and was able to get the motor to turn on the walk setting with the belt disconnected. I heard a sizzling sound from the new motor control board and the motor stopped and the FET error came up on the screen again.

I did find a transformer that is rated at 2.7 amp and 0.5 amp output, but upon testing I am getting 0.63 amps from both of these outputs. I suspect this is the culprit causing the motor control board to overheat and cause the FET error.

I now have 2 of these motor control boards and no experience on repairing circuit boards. Would someone be willing to repair these boards? If so, what would you charge?

The part number is AK59-00112-0000
