Transmission line with different input and output impedance

I need to simulate an RF Transmission line with different impedance at the two outputs. Input impedance should be 50ohms while output is 25ohms. Please, I need advice. I am quite new to PCB design and I am using ADS for the Transmission line design and EAGLE for the PCB layout.
