The de-ambeded method in aproximated way assumes S21_fixture=-sqrt(S11_fixture_shorted)
Two questions:
1.S11=gamma= -1 when the fixture is shorted by the expression below.
is it the correct S11 of the fixture?
2.could you please show a mathematecal expession for the words below?
S21_fixture² = -S1_shorted_fixture
"The shorts leads to reflections, which run through the fixture halves twice, hence you have to take the square root to get the S21 of the fixture half."
