I am doing a new project of controlling a room heater, For that i don't have a transfer function. So i need to find a transfer function of a room heater. It includes water flow through a pipe, a circulating pump , 3 way mixing valve and raiant heater. Can u pls tell me how to model ?

 

A lot of work you have.
First you must find the output variable, temp, current . . . what .. you didn't mention it.

Then for tha above variable you must find wich factor afect directly or indirectly tha output variable. It implies that yo have to do a lot of probes, and a lot of charts.
