TPS63001 DC Converter overheat issue

Hello,

Anyone had design experience with this TPS63001 buck boost converter. In my circuits, this chip always heats up during charging... , like 50% of chance.
Here is my design schematics. Anyone notice any significant design issue here?

I also attached a copy of the TPS63001 data sheet
