You can ... but it is a "garbage" design.

In your so-called "TL494 Totem Pole" design ...
a) The Top Half of the Totem Pole will Pulse On only during the Odd PWM Cycles
b) The Bottom Half of the Totem Pole will Pulse On only during the Even PWM Cycles

That is not equivalent to the "Totem-Pole" operation of a TL598.
The MOSFET should be ON, only when either Output is ON.

In your fake "Totem-Pole" design, your MOSFET is ON ...
A) Starting with the Upper / Odd PWM pulse and
b) Ending with the Lower / Even PWM pulse
That is a very, very, very bad design.

See message #38 for a proper TL494 "Parallel Output" mode design with Complementary Transistor Gate Drive
That is a correct design for the TL494.
The TL494 does not support totem pole output, the TL598 does.
I haven't got what you want to say, if there is a graphical explanation I'll be very pleased.
and if you can tell me why they wrote that it can operates in a Push-Pull operation ? how can I use it correctly ?
and if you can answer my previous few questions in Post #36

Thanks a lot

I was not lazy and calculated your post scheme # 36. It turned out complete nonsense. Control pulses did not work. I thought for a while about this field and realized that this was how it should work out.
If you want to develop your own circuits, and not copy other people's circuits, then I advise you to use circuit simulation programs. I use LTspice.

I know that, absolutely it wont work as I haven't completed the circuit, I just wanted to ask about the circuit connection to implement a Push-Pull Configuration, the time capacitor and resistor isn't attached so there wont be any pulse at the output !
I am already using Proteus to simulate my circuits, but my problems hasn't appeared in the simulation just in the practical.
