OK, below is a rough drawing that should do as you want. It can easily be modified and changed. The timer in the drawing is a NCC (National Controls Corporation) TMM-0999 Timer 24 Volt version. You can use any One Shot and configure accordingly. I used the timer I did because I used that version extensively in designs. While overkill in this circuit I worked with quite a few timing applications. Using this version I had a one timer fits just about all so having spares was easier. Macromatic and NCC both make a wide range of timers. The timer as drawn is a Non Retriggerable setup. The relays are Omron MKS series DPDT with 24 VDC coils. Use whatever you choose. Again, you can configure the timer however you wish. I like having a lamp always on when an alarm condition exist.
