Three Phase Power Measurements

I need to clarify these questions,

For the 2 Wattmeter method for an unbalanced load (Star), if the neutral where connected, am I correct in saying that the neutral current will not be measured by the wattmeters, and it will report the wrong reading ?, only if the neutral is disconnected then it will be read ?

For the 3 Wattmeter method and unbalanced load (Star), if the neutral where disconnected, then that neutral current will not be read and the readings will be incorrect ?
