That stuff doesn't fly everywhere in the state. Our local police dept. makes it clear that sort of crap will not happen here. They tried to setup camp and we booted them out of the city limits. They're like migrating herds. In the winter they’ll move back to downtown Portland because they will freeze to death out here, in the spring they try to move back.I'm so happy to say it: Florida doesn't look like this.
But we are this close to electing a socialist governor at some point in the near future. At least I know what we have to look forward to.
Just stay away from this part of the I-205 trail.I am going to be coming from Government Camp to Portland. Plan is to head to Boring and pick up the bike path into the city. Is it a safe ride during the day? Or is it safer to go street level?
I took the Trolley Trail south last year. I was on my guard the whole way but didn't see anyone threatening. The good part about Delta getting me into Portland late was I got to ride along with all of the commuters during rush hour. I didn't see many encampments down by the river like the last time I was in town but it was pretty much heads down get to the hotel in Oregon City for the night sort of thing.![]()
Russian state news channel Rossiya 24 has introduced a robot presenter for some of its bulletins.
'Alex' has already caused a stir, with some viewers complaining about his appearance and accusing him of peddling political propaganda.

HA! I was going to take that last year up to the Columbia River Gorge but much of the highway was still shut down due to the fire so I cancelled that part of the trip.Just stay away from this part of the I-205 trail.

It's 'safe' for a grown man as most of the real crazies hideout in the daytime. There is very little person to person crime with the homeless here as they don't want police activity but they will steal anything worth a dime.
Such conditions would ordinarily melt the insides of the engine.
Sabre's pre-cooler seeks to solve this problem by efficiently, and swiftly, extracting the heat by first passing the intake gases through a tightly packed array of fine tubing. This tubing is fed with chilled helium.

On May 28, Special Warfare Operator Chief Edward “Eddie” Gallagher will be guided into a courtroom inside Naval Base San Diego, where he will face a panel of his peers sifting evidence in a war crimes case.
...
Investigators found no bodies, so no autopsies were performed. Photographic and video images reviewed by Navy Times seem fragmentary and inconclusive. Multiple pieces of GoPro footage are missing and prosecutors say they can’t locate them.
Text messages and other digital conversations involving Gallagher can appear damning at times, but they’ve been described by Gallagher’s supporters as dark humor, the talk of rough men who have experienced a great deal of combat or the voice of an exasperated chief who believes he’s being railroaded by accusers and superiors.
Then again, if qwerty really was designed to be slow, how come the most popular pair of letters in English, T-H, are adjacent and right under the index fingers? The plot thickens.
I believe that the layout was designed to minimise the chances of the keys jamming on mechanical typewriters.
I think maybe the "Privacy lost" would have been a better place for this post. But it is something to think about.Did anyone see this. They want to make nice.......before the coming exposure.

It only means they have something better now that's still a secret.I think maybe the "Privacy lost" would have been a better place for this post. But it is something to think about.

I thought about that, but don't want to add to the conspiracy. Tag you're it, not me this time.It only means they have something better now that's still a secret.
What conspiracy? Not having a classified mass surveillance program to replace the one that was outed/compromised would be irresponsible and counter to the NSA mission of global surveillance per their charter.I thought about that, but don't want to add to the conspiracy. Tag you're it, not me this time.

The new measurements, published April 25 in the Astrophysical Journal Letters, reduce the chances that the disparity is an accident from 1 in 3,000 to only 1 in 100,000 and suggest that new physics may be needed to better understand the cosmos.
'New physics' is not the correct term IMO to use here as that would seem to imply something that's well known and proven to a large precision has been overturned like conservation laws. Here I think just about everybody knows our current 'Universe' theories are wrong at some important level of detail and need corrections based on what we find from observation and experiment.New physics is something I'd like to see during my lifetime:

My bet is on some misunderstanding of gravity which with a bit of luck will also sort out dark energy and dark matter.'New physics' is not the correct term IMO to use here as that would seem to imply something that's well known and proven to a large precision has been overturned like conservation laws.
