There are two kinds of teams.

Type 1) Teams where multiple people with similar skills are put together to complete a project. This kind of team is preferred by under-performers because blame is diluted and successes are shared.

Type 2) Teams where each member brings specific skills to complete a project. This kind of team is hated by underperformers - the weakest link in the process chain is quickly identified and the underperformed is singled out as the weak link

A note: a better translation would be: "you have a tiny week left"

At one point the patient expressed a desire to quit. The therapist responded "Te queda una semanita más." This translates to "You have a short week left." The patient agreed to continue.

By adding the suffix "ita" to the word "semana," – or week – the therapist offered the patient a perspective on how much therapy remained in a way that sounded shorter, even though it was still a full week.
