With a warning to evacuate. Very bizarre even for 2020.
Dry runs with actual massive explosions are stupid things seen in movies when the plot has the evildoers captured before the big evil deed can be finished. If there's a plan to massively disrupt communications (or any sort of attack) you just do it as efficiently as possible. The RV was parked in front of an AT&T building. Warnings for people were given. I still cannot call my relatives in Nashville.
I suspect a dry run of a plot to massively disrupt communications. Such a plot has been hinted at publicly.
Hmmm....

I retract my comments. A more reasonable explanation is the bomber was a suicidal ex-employee.Dry runs with actual massive explosions are stupid things seen in movies when the plot has the evildoers captured before the big evil deed can be finished. As for who, what or why I don't have a clue but nutty threats happen all the Time. The intended target could have been the Hooters.

If true the nut went out with a bang.I retract my comments. A more reasonable explanation is the bomber was a suicidal ex-employee.
Police in the area moments before the blast said the speakers also played the wistful 1963 song "Downtown" by Petula Clark. The lyric, about going to the city to seek refuge from sadness, echoed down Second Avenue just before the blast: "The lights are much brighter there."
Let me guess, 2021 bulls name is Covid.
