The police are looking for possible arson charges with some protesters.

Some protesters were caught on camera breaking the windows of a Target store in Portland before lighting a flare.

So mostly misdemeanors. Any info on past arrests? Any jail time?

I've read a little about Black bloc. Do yours have any demands or do they just dislike the cops,
Do they have political motivations. Are they really anti government?
Is it an organization? Like, do they have an office?
Or is it more like I read that it is a tactic?

The black dress, masks and black bloc group tactics are used to hide their identity while committing criminal acts. I don't care about any of their motivations, they are common criminals that are too lazy for fast food jobs.

Why are they not arrested on-the-spot?

The protesters are quick little creatures but the police captured some in the net.
Watch them scatter like rats.

Some of these fools are committing serious crimes with serious jail time if caught.

Most of these jokers just look lost.

Portland police released booking photos for adults arrested in a May Day demonstration that was deemed a riot on May 1, 2017.
AKA the Losers of Life's Lottery.

I did some more digging into that picture and it seems some people were conveniently missing for the last three spaces in whatever link you found it at.

Not a very diverse crowd, is it? No wonder they are angry.
We all automatically knew it as soon as we read read it. Even the main rioters were too embarrassed to have the full list of their cohorts shown with them so they tried to have the last three blanked out hoping no one would find the original photo.

I have to stand-up for my fellow site members.
Unlikely those three are the missing faces because allegedly they can all read, write and have conversations above the 5th grade level.

That they can form the words and lay them side-by-side in what appears to be a recognizable pattern does not prove education, comprehension, or intelligence beyond that of a 5th grader.

I'm assuming since you have not interacted with the people of the first set so you are implying/assuming that they can all read, write and have conversations above the 5th grade level since interactions with the known last three have rather disproven that possibility outside of the occasion statistical anomaly variances factor. o_O

Especially when you can reduce their responses down to a 10 or less item comparative checklist and have near 100% accuracy in defining what they can and will post with it.

[You will either and or:

1. Counter accuse without support,

2. Drift of to some other irrelevant topic,

3. Make a claim no one will believe and you can't back up with any degree of credibility,

4. Say something hypocritical and or nonsensical or irrelevant to try and push the topic off track,

5. Resort to a copycat tactic based on "I know you are, but what am I?' (one of your well known favorites.)

6. Play stupid until someone else changes the subject, (another of your favorite fallbacks when cornered.)

7. Fake not understanding context and meanings of what was said and go with something totally unrelated, (basic literacy and reading comprehension fail. Another One of your favorites.)

8. Throw a 'wild card' totally irrelevant accusation or topicless point out, (Then fail at it for what you intended it to be and do.)

9. Do a 'Grammar Nazi' strike then fail at it.

10. Fake being proud of your own faked illiteracy, ignorance or outright stupidity. (The 'Impenetrable Ignorance' stalemate tactic, Another one of you more predictable favorites as well. ]
Pretty sure that each item of that check list could be subdivided into say 10 more generic responses that fit under each so that any cat walking over a numerical keypad could randomly pick numbers of the main and sub lists and come up with the same base range of responses they give.

Good Cop demonstrates the incredible stamina of a real police hero.
"Facebook chats and video logins demonstrate that deputy Smith was video conferencing as he engaged in sex while on duty for hours at a time."

My personal opinion is that this is a better kind of shooting practice than killing dogs and unarmed people.

Photo deleted by myself, but you can see it at:

It's at the bottom of the page, labeled, "Exhibit 7".

Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of Justice has decided not to pursue charges against the killers of Alton Sterling. Instead, the USDOJ is vigorously pursing charges against a 61-year-old Code Pink activist who laughed out loud during (Jeff) Sessions’ confirmation hearing.

Laughing out loud is obviously a much greater threat to the safety and security of the United States and its citizens than shooting people to death.
Never forget (in the presence of anybody with a badge), butthurt is more deadly than bullets.;)

This one was better. in flagrante delicto
"Santa Fe County Sheriff Robert Garcia said he will not cite the officer for indecent exposure or public lewdness because there was no victim"

Good to know...because I've done that.
Except I wasn't in uniform at the moment.:D

Speaking of, "no victim":
"Police in the United States arrest more people for the nonviolent, utterly harmless non-crime of cannabis possession than for murder, rape, armed robbery — in fact, all violent crime — combined."

Another case of, "Arrive on the scene and kill the first person you see."
In this case, a completely innocent 15 year old boy in the PASSENGER seat, trying to leave a party that seemed to be getting dangerous.:(
And, of course, the officers claimed they killed the passenger to stop the car while it was attacking them (in fear for their lives)...until the video showed the car full of, "not suspects" was moving AWAY from them.
The trigger happy cop was swiftly punished with paid vacation.:)

That's a state political issue not a police issue, almost no cannabis possession arrests in this state and many others.
