I think the term is uncle tom.
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Uncle Tom
You will notice he has no new ideas. He just spouts, rather well, things that poor white people already believe to be true.
#2 at the the dictionary is right on target.
Uncle Tom is a term used by black people to try to convince other black people that working, education, living well, and setting a good example for their children is selling out.
"De Shawn got a job? At Ameritech? He's a Tom"

I really wonder how many people have actually read Uncle Tom's Cabin.
https://www.theguardian.com/books/2002/mar/30/race.society
The term Uncle Tom itself that was really designed to keep black people in check.
As a defensive response to racism, those who use it seek to enforce allegiance and cast out dissent purely on grounds of race.

Welfare is a system by itself a form of Slavery without expectations other than to lower and further dehumanize an individuals ability to comprehend who they have become, Welfare slaves of the Gov.

This conditioning allows for crime and insurrection of it's keepers by twisting personal identities of expectation to provide for them. Thus, placing the responsibility of their welfare on the criminals who freed them. Who is he?

"Joe public" the defenders of the constitution.

And because poor white people believe something, it can't be true?
Sure it can. @shortbus was searching for the right term to describe Sowell. Racist, kind of. Bigoted, well a little. But he makes his living telling white people what they want to hear. It's made better by the fact that he is black. So I think it fits perfectly with the term uncle tom.

Three cops killed in Baton Rouge and three more wounded. It may not be a war on cops, but it's a dangerous time for them.

Right now, we only have the police version, "man walking around firing randomly".
For all we know it might have been, "You're legally open carrying so we're going to assault you."
followed by, "I'm legally open carrying, so, no you aren't."

Expecting the ISIS story and the, "need more gun laws" story.
Not expecting the, "blow back after assaulting protesters" story.

So what do you call white people who tell black people what they want to hear?
Just another display of open prejudice and bigotry.

Sometimes oh BS is enough.
Edit:
Sorry, that's what I sometimes tell them.
I think in the case in your video, MSNBC said "your fired." :D
This is our chance to invent a name.

All of us here, on both sides of the subject are just lucky. No matter which color of skin. We all won the "birth lottery". Born in the right place to the right group of parents, no more no less. To not have compassion for the ones that didn't win is not in keeping with the teachings of the Bible, Torah, or even the Koran, again no more or no less.

Welfare is a system by itself a form of Slavery
It is a modern form of slavery: its recipients are being reduced to social dependents when in fact they could have been the next Michael Jordan, or Ben Carson, or an engineer, or a rocket scientist. Human capital is the most precious capital, yet we have a large portion of the society reduced to next to nothing, to captured voters, generation after generation.

It is just sickening.

Another day and another set of tragedies.

I agree with some of the protesters: the policy is part of the problem. When the community doesn't appreciate your putting your live on the line protecting, why aren't you leaving?

Those people aren't worth your time, your salaries, your pension. Walk off and go somewhere else.

More importantly, let those people rot in the cesspool they so desperately want to live in. After a while, they may come to appreciate you.

Such a thing would normally be satisfying. This feels like the definition of a hollow victory.
Except it is likely that the article is misleading, if not an attempt to legitimize an outright falsehood. As far as I can tell, there has been a call to standardize the training that police departments receive. There is no credible source stating any federal control being demanded. In the Internet age, anyone can interpret a statement as they wish and publicize it. One has to read behind the lines, recognize points of view that may be biased and throw the rest out. I have made a personal decision regarding this story.
