The problems when Load Connect to Cockroft Walton Voltage Multiplier

I made the Cockroft Walton Voltage Multiplier circuit (CWVM).

If the load was not connected, a voltage of about 500V could be obtained.

When the load was connected and powered on, the voltage was 9V. (I wrote RL as 100Mohms, but I'm not sure. )

When the power is oning, the output was 450V when the load was connected by the switch.

I want Case 3 without switch (450V of Output with Load).

What should I check? What's the problem?

Please give me some advice ,,,

Voltage is measured between 2 points of a power source. In the above schematic, the 2 diodes and 2 capacitors form a Floating voltage source. A voltage has to be measured between 2 points of the source.
Point 1 is the junction of the cap and diode. The other?

Atmospheric moisture and surface contaminants would probably lower that value considerably, unless you take precautions to prevent that.
What device is your load?
What did you use to measure voltage?

Like this. The ground is common ground, which are primary's and secondary's.

What device is your load?
What did you use to measure voltage?
Load is a Photo Multiplier Tube (PMT). There are resistors to distribute the voltage to each pin of the PMT. The voltage measurement was simply done in a multimeter. And the multimeter's internal resistance will be 10M.
