Hi I'm quite new with oscilloscope.

I want to run this test, but I don't get how to set up my oscope to accomplish it.

I have a Siglent SDS 1102 CMD+
Probably I'm missing something but looking into the manual I don't see something like that

Your voltage source needs be referenced to the scope, using the probe reference lead.
Set a long timebase and appropriate V/div and a Single or Normal trigger with a low level setting.

Or you could just use a DMM for resistive measurement.
