Testing motor control board

Hi Folks, I've looked all over to try and find instructions using a multimeter to test a motor control board out of my washer. I have a frigidaire model GLEH1642FS0 and it's about 12 yrs old. I've checked for a replacement board and they run anywhere from $200-$275, if I can find anybody that still has one (part number 134733600) so I'd love to make sure it's the board that's no good before I spend that kind of cash. Havent found any schematics for the washer so I'm kinda at a dead end. Thanks in advance for any help.

I am guessing this a Fischer-Paykel type motor? These are out-runner 3ph motors, I have been trying to get my hands on one of the boards in order to reverse engineer one.
Max.
