WOW!!!!!

I guess while I was doing a memory upgrade I some how managed to bump the component off. and now doesn't power up.
It just clicks, Atom resistor fix done some years ago.

I would like to replace it but have no idea what part it is.

Synology DS1815+ U37 ( I guess it's a power mosfet or voltage regulator?? But I have no idea the value etc etc)
HELP HELP HELP!!!

Any help Greatly appreciated
Thanks Warren.

Welcome to AAC!
DS1815 Datasheet catalog 3.3V EconoReset with Push-Pull Output

The DS1815 EconoReset uses a precision temperature reference and comparator circuit to monitor the status of the power supply (VCC). When an out-of-tolerance condition is detected, an internal power-fail signal is generated which forces reset to the active state. When VCC returns to an in-tolerance condition, the reset signal is kept in the active state for approximately 150ms to allow the power supply and processor to stabilize

Should be an easy replacement. There are a few versions however.
