Hello ,

Need your suggestions, I plan to design a circuit (switch mode voltage regulator )DC\DC converter

The input to the smps circuit is from a battery Vbat (12V-24V) for automotive applications

The aim is to have Vin from (12V-24V) and to have output current upto 6A ..'

The control to the circuit has to be from a micro controller.

The ECU (electronic control unit) of a vehicle is also in the picture which will have input from the V(batt)

Aim is to have communication between the micro-controllers of may be 2 or 4 Switch mode regulators in order to get the output current upto 6A ..

Suggestions welcome

Your requirements are missing some things:

Are these to be constant-voltage regulators?
If so, what is the output voltage from the regulators?
Is the output voltage to be adjustable over a range?

Or are these to be constant-current regulators?
If so, what is the output voltage compliance range?
Is the output current value to be fixed, adjustable over a range?

"The control to the circuit has to be from a micro controller."

Why?

Are these to be constant-voltage regulators?
The voltage range has to be from (12V to 48V ) nominal voltage

If so, what is the output voltage from the regulators?
it can be adjustable depending (equal to Vin) or (less than Vin)

At the output, output current must be in the range (5A-7A)

Micro-controller will have CAN interface to communicate with ECU and other micro-controllers

As attached in a diagram, the design shall be something like this ...

The voltage from Vbatt cannot be given to the micro-controller and other ECU'S
