I've noticed a new brand of capacitor is showing up a lot recently on my searches: entitled "SURGE".
Does anyone have any experience with their capacitors? Are they worth trusting long-term?
Alternatively: Can anyone suggest some tests that can be run to determine how reliable they will be over a long usage period?
