I have a treadmill controller board that was damaged during a power surge and it blew the mov and cap next to it. it also burnt the traces to the mov. I replaced the components and repaired the traces and still no power.

 

It will often blow an internal fuse as well. Also check if there is a circuit breaker on the outside that needs to be reset.
After that, check input rectifier(s), a surge may have damages those before the MOV blew

 

Is that M22100Ls or should it be mc2100?
