Hello everyone ,(Please move topic if i am in wrong place)

I have made an Arduino RC TANK . However i need 1 more thing in order to finish properly my hobby project, A cover part.Any one know that chassis in the video ? and model in 3D platform( i can print it in 3d printers with low price in my city). I don't know how to draw in 3d platform.If any help for me ,i will be appreciate .... Also i am totally open suggestions to improve my project.Thank you all very much.
