This is an FPC connector (0.5 mm pitch) with 2 pins connected to +3V3. The entire net is highlighted. Airwires are not hidden. There is a connection between the FPC conector and the +3V3 heavy trace below it. You can even click on where it is supposed to be and get properties. But nothing shows!

On the properties menu, note the Y coordinates. That is correct for the vertical trace connecting the two. Now, there is a little trick I learned from Jorge (Eagle specialist extraordinaire) awhile back. When you join two traces of very different widths and don't want the round cap of one passing past the other, switch to "flat" caps. I have done that in a few places on this board with no problems, but here, it makes the trace disappear. Finally, here it is after I change to round caps:

I have done that trick many times, but this is a first for me. I have also closed everything down. Re-opened Eagle and loaded the board with the same problem.
Any ideas?
