I hate to bump a 12 year old thread but I too am in need of one of these components. Does anyone have a bead on a replacement?

It’s used in a 0-5vdc circuit as a temperature sensor. All of the information about the component was in the previous thread thus the reason I bumped it instead of creating a new thread.
