I have used CY62157EV30LL-55ZXE SRAM in my design but this part is obsolete and I have found this alternate SRAM CY62167G30-55ZXE.
I have a confusion that both the parts having different Row and Column addressing. How different Row and Column addressing works .
Can we use it without any software changes ?

 

One is 512K x 16 SRAM with 19 address inputs.
The other is 1M x 16 SRAM with 20 address inputs.
You can ignore how the row/column decoders are addressed.
