Hi All,

when i probed my SPI 20 MHZ clock line with 100MHz oscilloscope i could see the waveform like this

My question is is this probing issue ?

or it is distorted signal due to impedance mismatch

The SPI signal is 20% of your bandwidth- edges will be distorted.
To see crisp clean edges, you would need a scope with much higher bandwidth.
