I have noticed that you sometimes have to press the "post reply" or "upload file" button twice to have the action performed.
Is this a bug?

I don't recall having that problem here.

Are you using a wireless mouse and/or wireless keyboard?

I sometimes have a similar problem using my Android phone when actively doing something on AAC site - I've assumed it's due to my provider's network latency or congestion. Mind you I live down under.
