Even though 29 and 18 are supposed to be the inversed they are not, but for the second part of the signal it works just fone. I have been tinkering around with the circuit, but cant seem to locate where the problem lies. Anyone have any ideas?

What do you expect to get out of this circuit and what are you using as input for those 8 input pins?
