Soldering disaster(removed pad)

There are various ways to fix that. Did you search on PCB repair? I have very small rivets for making/repairing vias. Recently, I accidentally lifted two pads on a pair of holes. Inserted a rivet, crimped it, added a little solder and it is hard to tell from he original. Two options: 1) epoxy and solder a like pad; or 2) drill a hole just big enough for a rivet, install it, then prepare (i.e., remove solder resist) from the remaining track and solder that to the rivet.

I don't have that problem often, and the rivets I got more than 10 years ago are mostly unused. I did a quick search and there are now several vendors. Here is a non-commercial link to show what I am describing: http://fab.cba.mit.edu/classes/863.16/doc/tutorials/PCB_Rivets/ .

Here's an example:

The two connections on the left were repaired. The two on the right are original. You can see where I scraped the soldermask off the traces on the left. I didn't do a particularly neat job. I just tucked the remaining trace under the rivet flange and added a little solder after setting them.
