Solar array Automatic Trasnfer Switch

Hi all, thanks for the ad to your group. Forgive me for knowing so very little about such electronics but I am in need of a Automatic Transfer Switch to add to a small solar array that will turn off the inverter from the batteries and switch over to the grid power when the batteries get depleted to 80%
Does such an animal exist? Or,could it be built?
