Hi All.
I'm trying to figure out the exact datasheet or schematic for these part with the TOP MARKINGS as;
SOT23-6 part with Top Mark code dLDSA
and
SOT23-5 par with Top Mark code T25AbB1
and
SOT23 part with Top Mark code S407AY
as all these are suspected to be SHORT, since whenever we connect the 12V SMPS, the SMPS trip OFF.
All these parts are installed on a Chinese LCD Panel Driver to convert any Standard LCD Panel ( e.g from OLD VGA LCD /LED Monitors) to TV, HDMI Display with IR Remote Controls & Speakers to be used as Standard HDMI LED TV for CCTV system or Home TV systems.
Main Board Pictures are attached for your reference.
This Board was working good since last 2 years with standard 12V DC, 3 Amps SMPS adapter ( brick type), but after some power line fluctuations, the Board is DEAD.
The other of the same type of Boards working good with 20 inch, 22 inch & 24 inch LCD Panels as HDMI Monitors for CCTV system.
