Trouble shooting the failure of a Roomba 966 front cliff sensors (a combined IR diode transmitter and receiver). The transmitters do not light yet the rear ones are visible with a mobile phone camera. The IR transmitters seem to trace back to what I assume is either a FET or a power transistor. Its a SMD package with D1183 as the main markings. Can anyone help identify please...kn owing what it is always helps in the debugg......

Hi twoHats, many thanks - but its a surface mount device. I reassembled the roomba and forgot to take a photo...so 15 minutes later here is a picture of the part as well. Julian

Is it D1183 or 1833 or 11833 ?

From that website, the K1P is a DXT2222A in a SOT89 package, which seems to match the picture. The top line looks like DH833 to me, but that doesn't reveal anything.
