See image - I believe this is a MEMS accelerometer, but I cannot find any documentation or determine the manufacturer. It is a 3mm square package, leads under chip, 5 leads on 2 sides, 3 leads on 2 sides. The last line is a bit tough to see on the image, but it spells out 'M9HQT', the letters are somewhat abstract, especially the M and Q and T. The middle designation 'C' is also somewhat abstract.

Any help appreciated!

Thank you, I kind of thought it was an STM product, but didn't recognize the labeling. I'm going to ping STM tomorrow - curious what the specific information means - date code perhaps?
