i looking for surge protector circuit (smart plug 120 V)

its working with a timer, its make delay of Ac volte for a 2 or 5 min to protect the electric device like tv, computers atc, plz help me to get thats circuit

there are plenty of off the shelf gadgets sold out there, however if you prefer to build your own, then a 555 timer will do the trick for you. do a google search for a turn on delay timer and am sure you will have plenty of hits
