That is super cool. Once worked in shipyards installing computers on ships (we did all of the Battleships non-tactical computers in the 80's recommissioning at Long Beach Naval Shipyard in CA, and I installed the computers and loaded up the test programs for the final certifications of the computers). After our welders had finished with the computer room buildout for the racks. They would let us do some none critical TIG and MIG welding of wiring supports for 'as built' modifications of the blue-prints. It was much like continuous soldering when viewed using the welding goggles.
