Maybe should be:
value={(Roff(Time)-Rinit)/limit(1m,(Roff(Time)-Ron),1T)}

??
Yes, that was the syntax "problem", even if I've not resolved at all because I got other errors concerning the model during simulation.
Anyway thank you for the interest.

This is what I get when I simulate the circuit with the memristor based on the previous model in which I have put your suggestion
Cx x 0 1 IC={(Roff(0)-Rinit)/(Roff(0)-Ron))} in replace of the other line of code.
