i have to simulate this circuit MC1648d on ltspice but no model for ltspice 'someone help me to simulate this circuit Mc1648d , your proposal of simulation software for this type of circuit or an equivalent model on ltspice

It's all about finding a model.
You have to determine if anyone has a Spice model for the MC1648d.

    It's a VCO.
Can you make your own model, based on the schematic in Fig 1 of the datasheet?

Determining the resistor values and the transistor types to use is the problem.

Whatever simulator you use you will still need a model of the VCO.
    Is this a school/college assignment?

Is this a school/college assignment? If so, we can guide you to a solution.
Why do you "have" to simulate this particular VCO?

If you read the datasheet for the VCO you will see how to obtain a sine output. There are two ways.

the calculated current consumption and voltage of this assembly depends on v1 and v2, and why the curve of the current in this form cons.PNG osc.PNG

Current through which component? The curve you show is power, not current.
It may help if you post your .asc file, so that others can run the sim.

it is the assembly that must determine their power consumption
