Hi,

I am looking for a circuitry that can simulate low temperature for battey's mat. This circuit can turn the heat on the mat when temparature is low. We used Freez-it bottle so far, but it is expensive.

Thanks in advanced

If you have a compressor, you can use a vortex tube. Or you can wait until winter ;). Or you could use a peltier element attached to the sensor.

how low is low?
Buy a cheap refrigerator?

most proper thermal chambers use liquid nitrogen LN2 or liquid carbon dioxide LCO2 (use extreme caution)

Hopefully you are getting the idea that it is very hard to give a meaningful answer unless and until you give us some meaningful information to work from. Such as, what temperature range you are talking about, how long you want to hold it at that temperature, and how accurate you want that temperature to be, and perhaps some idea of how much energy is going to have to be pulled away from the object.
